Rock Monsterz is an 80’s Rock Tribute Band that pays tribute to the best Rock Bands of the 80’s! They are a High Energy Rock Band that will keep you rocking and dancing the night away! Rock Monsterz plays a huge variety of Rock hits from bands like Kansas, Styx, Boston, Foreigner, Journey, Aerosmith, AC/DC, Bon Jovi, Toto, Van Halen, GnR, Heart, and much more! Rock Monsterz takes pride in playing the more difficult songs that you normally don’t get to hear live and nailing them note for note just like the original recordings!
Rock Monsterz is a professional five-piece tribute band with both male and female lead vocalists. Because of this, they sound just like the songs from the bands you love to hear. All music Rock Monsterz performs live is always done with real musicians, no vocal or music audio tracks are ever used live, just pure Rock and Roll!

Danny K – Lead Guitar
Cheryl has been a singer/songwriter in various bands, vocal groups, and solo performances in and around the Sacramento area for the last 20 years.
In addition to performing, she has recorded jingles for radio and TV, demos for songwriters, and has done voice over work for various companies. She loves to sing all styles of music including jazz, disco, pop, r&b, country, hard rock and heavy metal. Cheryl also enjoys playing bass guitar which she started doing in 2004.
Brian – Lead Vocals/Bass Guitar
Brian grew up in Illinois and started playing bass in the early 80’s in the Chicago Area. Later, he took up singing and guitar. He then moved to California in the mid 90’s and has played with various original and cover bands ever since.
Dag – Keyboards/Guitar
Dag was born and raised in Sacramento, where he began playing piano at age 4. By high school he was honing his skills on bass and keyboards in local garage bands, eventually playing extended gigs at most of Sacramento’s hottest dance clubs and touring the US, including the Las Vegas casinos, with a number of dance and show groups.Dag has recorded sessions up and down the west coast and also composes and performs music for documentary films.
Joe grew up in the Bay Area. Throughout his youth, he played in several bay area bands, one of the more notable being “Scarlet Letter”.
He moved to Sacramento in 1987, started his own business and continued to play the drums in two local Sacramento cover bands “Paradoxx” and “The Michael Gregory Project”.
